We're hiring for a Business Development Representatives who are interested in building their career with one of the fastest growing companies in retail automotive. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the first point of contact for both potential and active customers interested in learning more about AutoFi.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new sales leads through calls to qualify prospects
Strategize with sales leaders to design target and call plan of action
Perform 60+ outbound calls day
Research 70 prospective decision maker leads a week
Schedule 13 qualified demos/appointments for Outside Sales partners
Partner with Sales Directors to gain sales techniques, learn best practices, and grow your career
Consistently meet or exceed targets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
Manage, track, and report all activities in Salesforce
What We’re Looking For:
Must live in PST or MST time zone, able to commit to 9:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule, Monday - Friday
Confident, conversational, persistent, curious
Prior Success in Business Development sales - Automotive Dealership or Automotive SaaS company BDR/BDC experience is required
Must enjoy working with a team and collaborating on success together
Ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures
Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
