Are you an ambitious, results-driven professional with natural sales instincts?

We're hiring for a Business Development Representatives who are interested in building their career with one of the fastest growing companies in retail automotive. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the first point of contact for both potential and active customers interested in learning more about AutoFi.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new sales leads through calls to qualify prospects
  • Strategize with sales leaders to design target and call plan of action
  • Perform 60+ outbound calls day
  • Research 70 prospective decision maker leads a week
  • Schedule 13 qualified demos/appointments for Outside Sales partners
  • Partner with Sales Directors to gain sales techniques, learn best practices, and grow your career
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
  • Manage, track, and report all activities in Salesforce

  • What We’re Looking For:
  • Must live in PST or MST time zone, able to commit to 9:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule, Monday - Friday 
  • Confident, conversational, persistent, curious
  • Prior Success in Business Development sales -  Automotive Dealership or Automotive SaaS company BDR/BDC experience is required
  • Must enjoy working with a team and collaborating on success together
  • Ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
