Senior UX Designer (Web + Mobile) | Remote

Role Overview

We looking for a UX Designer to shape and evolve the core product experience across consumer-facing web and native mobile (iOS + Android). You will translate product requirements into intuitive, scalable experiences and proactively drive net-new solutions that improve key user surfaces. This role is highly collaborative, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, Creative, and Design in a distributed, multi-time-zone environment. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, including presenting work to senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Translate product goals and requirements into elegant, intuitive UX across web and native mobile.
• Own end-to-end design from exploration to ship-ready deliverables, including:
• User flows, information architecture, wireframes
• Interaction models
• High-fidelity UI designs
• Detailed specs for engineering
• Ensure designs scale across platforms and states (e.g., edge cases, error/empty states, accessibility).
• Propose and drive net-new product solutions supporting growth outcomes (e.g., engagement, retention, satisfaction, trust).
• Explore multiple concepts quickly, make tradeoffs, and iterate based on feedback and constraints.
• Create prototypes (low-to-high fidelity) to validate concepts and communicate behavior.
• Collaborate effectively across time zones with strong async documentation and crisp communication.
• Bonus: Prototype in HTML/CSS (optionally lightweight JS) to accelerate iteration and improve design–engineering collaboration.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of UX/product design experience on consumer-facing digital products.
• A portfolio demonstrating:
• Strong UX fundamentals (navigation, hierarchy, usability, flows)
• High craft and attention to interaction details
• Systems thinking and scalability across platforms
• Clear problem framing and design rationale
• Proven ability to design for web + mobile, respecting platform conventions (iOS/Android/web).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering, comfortable with ambiguity and shipping polished work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (including senior stakeholder/C-level audiences).
• Experience working effectively in a distributed team across multiple time zones.

Nice to Have

• Prototyping with HTML/CSS (and optionally lightweight JS).
• Experience contributing to or evolving a design system (components, patterns, documentation).
• Familiarity with product metrics and experimentation (qual + quant inputs).
• Experience partnering closely with UX Research to define questions, interpret findings, and apply insights.
