Job Description

Maxana is seeking a Data Analyst to support a high-growth, data-centric healthtech platform. This role focuses on transforming raw data into insights that drive operational efficiency, product improvements, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with cross-functional partners to answer real business questions using data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze structured datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.

• Write efficient SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources.

• Define and track KPIs that support product, operational, and leadership decision-making.

• Partner with product, operations, and engineering teams to answer ad-hoc analytical questions.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation across reporting assets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

• Solid understanding of metrics, reporting, and business analysis.

• Ability to clearly communicate insights to non-technical audiences.

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
