The entertainment system combines modular hardware, immersive software, and innovative game design to create an entirely new category of interactive entertainment. This innovative product's core appeal lies in its mission to merge the physical and digital worlds, transforming how people play, learn, and interact with technology.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the company`s website and e-commerce experience as a product.
This role focuses on building high-conversion pages, improving the customer journey, and driving results through data, experimentation, and A/B testing. Success is measured by conversion, funnel performance, and execution quality.
You'll work closely with design, engineering, and growth teams, owning the roadmap and delivery for all web and e-commerce surfaces.

Responsibilities:

1. Core Product OS: System Behavior, UX, and Core Interface
- you own the website and all key landing pages as a product:

  • Define structure, content, and user flows for the main website and landing pages.
  • Own how pages load, how users move through them, and how conversion happens.
  • Work closely with design, copy, and development to ship high-quality pages.
  • Write clear product requirements for web development and CRO improvements.
  • Ensure pages are fast, clear, and conversion-focused.

2.  Customer Journey and Conversion Logic - you are responsible for understanding and improving the full customer journey:

  • Map CJM from the first visit to purchase and post-purchase steps.
  • Identify drop-off points and friction across the funnel.
  • Translate user behavior into clear hypotheses and page improvements.
  • Make decisions based on data, not opinions.

3. E-commerce Product Ownership - this role has a strong e-commerce focus:

  • Own product pages, checkout flows, and purchase experience.
  • Work on pricing presentation, bundles, promos, and upsell logic.
  • Partner with growth and marketing to support campaigns and launches.
  • Ensure stable, predictable purchase flows across devices and regions.

4. Experiments, A/B Testing, and Iteration - you lead experimentation as a core product practice:

  • Define and run A/B tests across pages and funnels.
  • Prioritize experiments based on impact and effort.
  • Track results and turn learnings into shipped changes.
  • Build a repeatable testing and optimization process.

5. QRoadmap, Documentation, and Delivery - you own planning and execution for the web product:

  • Build and maintain the website and CRO roadmap.
  • Write clear specs and documentation for design and engineering.
  • Manage delivery from idea spec  build launch iteration.
  • Keep work structured, visible, and predictable.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a product manager working on websites and landing pages.
  • Proven background in e-commerce products and conversion funnels.
  • Deep understanding of customer journey mapping (CJM).
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experiment design.
  • Strong system thinking: ability to see the funnel as one connected product.
  • Ability to turn data into clear product decisions.
  • Solid portfolio with real examples of high-conversion pages or funnels.
  • Experience working closely with designers, developers, and marketers.

Soft Skills:

  • Ownership mentality and consistent execution.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Background in CRO, growth, or performance marketing teams.
