This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about real estate and customer engagement while providing services in Portuguese. As a member of our team, you will assist clients in navigating the real estate market, helping them with inquiries about properties and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to property listings, real estate services, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and market trends to clients.
• Assist customers in scheduling viewings and understanding the buying or renting process.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Work closely with real estate agents to facilitate a smooth customer experience.
• Stay informed about the Greek real estate market and regulatory changes to provide relevant assistance to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
