As a customer service representative, you will assist clients by answering inquiries and offering support in Portuguese, ensuring a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to luxury fashion products, order status, and brand services via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Provide detailed information about products, including materials, size guides, and styling advice.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, exchanges, and any related service inquiries.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.
• Stay informed on the latest fashion trends and brand collections to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the fashion or luxury goods sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and office applications is desirable.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
