This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for the cryptocurrency market and are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support. As a member of our customer service team, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries related to cryptocurrency transactions and services, all while communicating effectively in Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, and trading support via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Provide guidance on account setup, transaction processes, and security measures.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their accounts or transactions.
• Educate clients about cryptocurrency products and market trends to enhance their understanding.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer concerns.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the cryptocurrency industry to provide relevant information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the cryptocurrency or financial services sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and technology is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
