Job Description

We are looking for a French & English-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support in a fully remote environment. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general service requests, delivering a high-quality experience in line with the company premium standards.

Location: Remote, Greece
Employment Type: Full-time
Base Salary: €1,045.72/month gross
Productivity Bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary based on target achievement
Training Date: 2026-03-09 (11 days, fully paid)
Interview Deadline: 2026-02-26

Role Overview

We are looking for a French & English-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support in a fully remote environment. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general service requests, delivering a high-quality experience in line with the companys premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and general service support.

• Handle orders, returns, exchanges, and missing items efficiently.

• Record interactions and maintain accurate documentation.

• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and supportive customer experience.

Requirements

• French: C2 (native or near-native fluency)

• English: C1 (advanced proficiency)

• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on empathy and professionalism
• Comfortable working fully remotely and managing multiple customer queries

• Adaptable, organized, and able to handle rotational shifts

Work Schedule

• Monday to Sunday, rotational shifts between 09:00 – 20:00

Compensation & Benefits

• Base gross salary: €1,045.72/month

• Productivity bonus: Up to 10% of salary (up to €104.57/month)

• Salary progression:

  • After 12 months: €1,100/month gross

  • After 3 years: €1,150/month gross

  2. €250 relocation allowance + real estate agency fee (for independent relocation)
