Job Description

  • Partnering with Squads
    • Work closely with developers, designers, and product to shape and refine backlog items and delivery priorities.
  • Clarifying the “What” and “Why”
    • Translate business problems into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitating Conversations
    • Run workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and stakeholder discussions to drive shared understanding.
  • Supporting Agile Flow
    • Help teams manage work through Kanban or sprint-based delivery, ensuring work is well-defined and ready to go.
  • Validating Solutions
    • Participate in testing, reviews, and demos to ensure outcomes meet business and user expectations
  • Driving Continuous Improvement
    • Look for smarter ways to work, reduce friction, and improve both the product and the delivery process

Requirements

  • Agile Delivery Experience
    • 3–5+ years as a Business Analyst working in agile environments (Scrum,Kanban, or hybrid), ideally on digital products.
  • Strong Delivery Mindset
    • You focus on outcomes over artefacts, know when “good enough” is the right call, and help teams move forward without unnecessary friction.
  • Excellent Communication & Facilitation Skills
    • You can run workshops, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions respectfully, and bring clarity to complex discussions.
  • Comfort with Ambiguity
    • Requirements evolve, you’re comfortable refining them as you learn, rather than waiting for perfect inputs.
  • Digital & Technical Awareness
    • Solid understanding of web and mobile delivery, APIs, integrations, and modern software development lifecycles.
  • User-Centred Thinking
    • Experience gathering user insights, validating assumptions, and ensuring solutions genuinely meet user needs.\
  • Pragmatic Documentation Skills
    • Strong at writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and lightweight documentation that teams actually use.
  • Tooling Experience
    • Confident using Jira, Confluence, Miro/Mural (or similar) to support collaboration and delivery
