Sales Manager - LATAM

Role summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our business development efforts in the LATAM market. 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the online casino industry, exceptional sales skills, and proven expertise in penetrating LATAM markets. You will play a pivotal role in establishing partnerships, driving revenue, and positioning our casino content portfolio as a market leader.

You will have day-to-day responsibility for: 

SALES:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting online casino operators, aggregators, and gaming platforms across the LATAM region
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing client relationships
  • Represent the company's casino content portfolio, highlighting its unique selling points to prospective clients

MARKET RESEARCH & STRATEGY

  • Conduct in-depth research on the LATAM iGaming market to understand trends, regulations, and competitor activities
  • Adapt sales strategies to align with regional preferences and market demands

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Act as the primary point of contact for LATAM-based clients, ensuring consistent communication and excellent customer service
  • Negotiate and close contracts

TRACKING PERFORMANCE 

  • Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present results to senior management
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

You will work closely with: 

Our sales and account management team, along with our legal and compliance teams

This role will be line managed by our Head of Sales

Requirements

About you - you will need:

  • To be a native speaker of Portuguese and Spanish, and business fluency in English
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry
  • Proven success working within LATAM markets
  • Good working relationships with and experience collaborating with casino operators and aggregators
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales to manage pipelines and performance
