This role allows you to immerse yourself in the dynamic travel industry while living and working in beautiful Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with bookings, inquiries, and issues related to their travel accommodations.
• Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance.
• Stay informed about Booking.com services, promotions, and policies to offer knowledgeable support.
• Collaborate closely with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an added advantage.
• Experience in customer service or support, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable using standard office software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
