About The Role

 

As a Key Account Manager at Gunnebo Safe Storage, you will take full commercial responsibility for developing and growing some of our most important customer relationships in Spain. This is a role for a true salesperson — someone who enjoys driving business, identifying new opportunities, and turning customer needs into concrete solutions.

You will manage and expand a defined portfolio of key accounts, build strong long-term partnerships, and actively work to increase revenue and market share. A central part of the role is understanding customer challenges and translating them into tailored security solutions together with our technical experts and product teams.

You will lead the full sales cycle: from identifying opportunities and preparing proposals to negotiation, closing, and ensuring successful delivery. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across engineering, product management, and project delivery to secure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven sales professional who thrives in an international environment and enjoys combining strategic account development with hands-on sales work.  What You Will Do

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

· Analyze client needs/wants and prepare customized security solutions.

· Negotiate terms of cooperation and prepare commercial offers.

· Monitor contract execution and ensure high-quality customer service.

· Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver services.

· Identify new sales opportunities and drive business growth in the security sector

· Serve as a contact point for customers and internal teams

· Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way

· Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery

· Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices

· Actively use your CRM tools

· Take part in the trade fairs, conferences, business meetings

· Promote our products and brand

Who we are looking for

· Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the security industry or related field.

· Proven track record in developing accounts, driving sales growth, and closing complex deals.

· Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills at senior levels.

· Knowledge of the security services market (physical and/or technological).

· Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on business development.

· Fluent English

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent organizational skills

· Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines

· Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on in an international setting.
