Virtual Assistant with Marketing and Web Development Experience

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant with strong marketing and web development experience to support a growing spiritual coaching business. This role combines marketing execution, project management, backend tech ownership, and team coordination.

You will act as an Integrator, working directly with the owner/visionary to turn strategy into execution. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, AI-fluent, detail-oriented, able to manage complex projects, and capable of producing top-quality copy, design, and technical implementation.

Requirements

Marketing & Content Execution

• Build and maintain sales funnels, landing pages, and lead magnets (WordPress, Divi, Elementor).
• Create and schedule social media content, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns (Keap).
• Design visually compelling graphics through Canva and ensure full branding consistency.
• Write persuasive copy for funnels, sales pages, email sequences, and campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize conversions, tracking metrics such as LTV, ROI, and funnel performance.
• Assist with Facebook ads, social media marketing, and campaign analytics.
  

Project Management & Team Coordination

• Act as the central point of contact for a team of five Freelancers, coordinating timelines and deliverables. (Asana ClickUp)
• Oversee project execution, ensuring deadlines are met and preventing bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and systems for marketing and operational processes.
• Manage timelines, tasks, and team communication across marketing initiatives.
• Serve as the Integrator—working closely with the owner to turn vision into execution.
  

Systems & Backend Management

• Set up and manage CRM systems, automations, and flows (Keap, Zapier).
• Configure WooCommerce, FunnelKit, and checkout flows for a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain website infrastructure, domains, hosting, and integrations (SiteGround, Cloudflare, APIs, etc.).
• Leverage AI tools to improve workflows, automation, and content creation.
• Take full technical ownership of the backend and infrastructure of two websites and their e-commerce systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, virtual assistance, or similar execution-heavy roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce and backend web development.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress, landing page design, funnel building, checkout creation
• (FunnelKit/Stripe), API connections, Cloudflare, Zapier, and related platforms.
• Proven past work in web design required; must provide URLs for review (responsiveness + load speed).
• Excellent project management, prioritization, and coordination skills.
• Top-tier English skills — written and spoken — are mandatory. (Clear spoken English is required; heavy accents have been a past issue.)
• Strong copywriting and design skills (English required; Dutch preferred).
• Tech-savvy with AI fluency and the ability to implement AI solutions efficiently.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to take full ownership of outcomes.
• Experience with marketing analytics, ad tracking, and optimization.
• Background in social media advertising (especially Facebook ads) is a plus.
• Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
