Job Description

We are a London-based fintech company with a mindful approach to financial services. Operating under a FCA-approved Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license, MADFIN delivers card acquiring tailored for fast-moving, high-growth businesses. We are looking for experienced Partnership Manager to join our rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage acquiring partners (banks, PSPs, processing platforms, payment facilitators)
  • Own end-to-end partner relationships: negotiations, commercials, onboarding, and ongoing performance
  • Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams to align partner requirements
  • Lead commercial discussions, pricing models, and contractual frameworks
  • Monitor partner KPIs, volumes, approval ratios, and operational efficiency
  • Support market expansion by sourcing new acquiring routes and backup solutions
  • Represent MADFIN  in partner meetings, events, and industry conferences

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management within acquiring / payments / fintech
  • Strong understanding of card acquiring, payment flows, schemes (Visa / Mastercard), and risk considerations
  • Experience working with banks, PSPs, or payment processors
  • Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with compliance and technical teams
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
