We are building a brand-new application in the B2B domain and we are looking for a UI / UX Designer. You will be one of the first designers shaping a platform with no similar offerings.

This is a zero-to-one design challenge. You will take vague, domain-heavy problems and translate them into intuitive workflows, modern interfaces, and a cohesive product experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead UX and UI design for core modules of a new enterprise product—concept to production.
• Translate domain knowledge into usable flows and interfaces.
• Conduct discovery research with domain experts and organizational stakeholders.
• Map workflows to create thoughtful interaction models for them.
• Build wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and polished UI designs in Figma / V0.
• Establish and maintain the design system for the new product.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, domain specialists, and engineering.
• Validate concepts through usability testing and iterative refinement.
• Advocate for simplicity, clarity, and a high-quality user experience across the product.

Requirements

• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products, ideally in B2B.
• A strong portfolio showing complex problem-solving, workflow design, and high-quality UI craft.
• Experience designing from scratch — not just incrementally improving existing products.
• Ability to run user research, synthesize findings, and turn them into product concepts.
• Comfort translating ambiguous requirements into structured UX flows.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems.
• Strong interaction design fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
