About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take full ownership of concept-driven design across email, paid ads, and social assets. In this role, you will work autonomously to develop and execute creative ideas with limited direction, managing projects end to end while balancing multiple requests in an agency-style environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own graphic design execution across email campaigns, paid advertising, and social media assets
- Develop concept-driven designs with a focus on ideas and visual storytelling rather than heavy photo retouching
- Work autonomously to translate high-level direction into finished creative deliverables
- Collaborate closely with the assigned lead and project manager to ensure creative deliverables align with project goals
