Key Responsibilities

• Manage user inquiries related to the social media platform, addressing questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide detailed explanations about features, functionality, and policies of the platform.
• Assist users with account management, privacy settings, and troubleshooting issues.
• Resolve complaints and issues promptly to ensure a positive user experience.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience and address platform-related inquiries.
• Stay updated on platform features, trends, and policies to provide accurate assistance to users.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or social media sector.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage positively with users.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and social media platforms.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
• Relocation to Greece is required; support with relocation may be provided.
