Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Pixel-Perfect Front-End Developer with a passion for real estate websites and a strong eye for detail. This role requires expertise in CSS/Tailwind and the ability to transform designs into responsive, high-performing websites. A basic understanding of back-end technologies is also essential to support seamless feature integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and pixel-perfect websites for real estate clients using HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with designers to bring Figma or Adobe XD real estate-focused designs to life.
• Work closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless data integrations, such as property listings and search functionalities.
• Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO, specifically for real estate audiences.
• Debug and troubleshoot UI/UX issues efficiently.
• Use version control tools like Git to manage and maintain clean codebases.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of front-end development experience, preferably in real estate website development or a related industry.
• Creating frontend development from Figma files
• WCAG Level A accessibility compliance
• TALL Stack (Tailwind, Alpine, Laravel 11, Livewire 3)
• Expertise in CSS/Tailwind and modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Basic understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, or Laravel to support integration of real estate APIs or databases.
• Strong design sense and attention to detail for translating real estate-focused designs into functional websites.
• Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack or Vite.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience implementing property search functionalities, such as Elasticsearch or IDX integration, preferred.
• Familiarity with SEO principles & pagespeed best practices for real estate websites, including schema markup and local SEO optimization, preferred.

Salary: $2300-$2500 USD per month
