Location: Remote in Braga, Portugal
Contract: 6 months, renewable
Salary: €1,100 base (14 payments/year) + €80 monthly bonus + allowances
Schedule: Rotational shifts (24/7 coverage), 2 days off per week

What youll do
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email.
- Assist clients with questions, product details, and troubleshooting.
- Record accurate and up-to-date information in internal CRM tools.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with every interaction.
- Ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through quality service.
- Meet performance targets in service, quality, and efficiency.
- Share feedback and contribute to process improvements.

- Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2 minimum).
- Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles.
