The Senior Product Manager (SNF Administration) is responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of PointClickCare’s Skilled Nursing Facility Administration product suite, including Admissions, Utilization Management, Census, and Discharge workflows.
This role leads cross-functional product delivery across clinical, operational, and financial domains, with a focus on improving administrative efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer outcomes. The role also helps shape and deliver AI-enabled capabilities that support automation, decision support, and insights in a regulated healthcare environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•Product Strategy and Roadmap
•Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for SNF Administration and Census capabilities
•Identify and prioritize opportunities aligned to customer needs, market trends, regulatory requirements, and business outcomes
•Partner with leadership to align roadmap priorities with organizational strategy
•AI and Data-Enabled Capabilities
•Identify use cases where AI, automation, and analytics can improve administrative workflows, accuracy, and decision-making
•Partner with engineering, data, and platform teams to deliver responsible AI-enabled features
•Ensure AI features are transparent, explainable, and aligned with healthcare and organizational standards
•Customer and Market Understanding
•Serve as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding SNF administrative workflows and payer requirements
•Gather and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to inform product decisions
•Validate product hypotheses through customer engagement and data analysis
•Product Delivery and Execution
•Define product requirements, epics, and user stories in collaboration with engineering and UX teams
•Drive delivery from discovery through launch and adoption
•Manage trade-offs across scope, quality, timing, and risk
•Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data and Analytics, GTM, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams
•Communicate priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
•Influence decisions without direct authority through data and customer insight
•Measurement and Adoption
•Define success metrics and KPIs for product initiatives, including AI-enabled features
•Partner with Analytics teams to measure outcomes beyond UI engagement, including efficiency, accuracy, and financial impact
•Support adoption and continuous improvement post-launch
Your Key Strengths:
•5+Years Product management experience in healthcare technology, preferably in Senior Care or Post Acute space.
