Job Description

This is a full-time position supporting a global travel platform that partners with multiple online travel agencies to provide customers with diverse holiday options and booking solutions.

Role Description:

  • Assisting clients with travel reservations, booking modifications, and general destination information.
  • Ensure each customer receives professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support while promoting additional travel services, such as insurance and upgrades.
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing the travel experience for clients across different partner platforms.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1/native) and good command of English
  • Previous experience in customer service, support, hospitality, or tourism is an advantage
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage calls, chat, and back-office tasks
  • Already based in Greece (mandatory for remote roles)
  • Motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused
  • First 90 days will be On-site for training and nesting
