As a representative, you will assist customers in understanding their telecommunications needs and ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, products, and packages via phone, email, and live chat in French.
• Provide detailed information regarding service plans, pricing, billing issues, and technical support.
• Assist customers with account management, including changes to services and troubleshooting issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to provide customers with complete and effective solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest telecommunications trends and product offerings to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and customer service tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required, and the ability to relocate to Greece.
