This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food delivery services and providing exceptional customer support. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their orders and inquiries while effectively communicating in French.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery issues, and account-related questions via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Provide detailed information on menu options, delivery times, and payment issues.
• Assist customers in placing orders and resolving any issues that may arise during the ordering process.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and other departments to improve service efficiency and customer experience.
• Stay informed about the latest promotions, menus, and food delivery trends to provide effective support.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English and/or Greek is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the food delivery or hospitality sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and general office software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Possession of a positive attitude and a passion for delivering great service.
