Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst (CSA) – Arizona (Remote-First)
Location: Remote (Arizona only) – Occasional travel to Chandler, AZ
Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months minimum)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst (CSA) to join our Arizona-based team. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, driving the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB modules. This role is ideal for candidates with 5+ years of ServiceNow BA experience and a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
- Map and optimize ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB processes.
- Develop user stories, workflows, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to design and implement solutions.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support issue resolution.
- Provide end-user training and support for ServiceNow features.
- Recommend continuous improvements to processes and ServiceNow functionality.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a ServiceNow Business Analyst; 3+ years on ServiceNow implementations and process automation.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB modules.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.
- Strong business analysis, process mapping, and solution design skills.
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks in ServiceNow environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) and data management.
- Familiarity with advanced ServiceNow features: Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics.
- Experience in data migration, cloud integrations (AWS, Azure), and large enterprise environments.
- Healthcare industry experience (plus).
