Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to the digital marketing platform via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide support and guidance on platform features, digital marketing strategies, and best practices.
• Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up and service improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide relevant assistance to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the digital marketing or tech industry.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easily understandable manner.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours as needed.
