This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and committed to providing outstanding customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries related to cloud services, all while communicating effectively in Danish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding cloud services, subscription plans, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide comprehensive assistance with account setup, configuration, and usage of cloud products.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints swiftly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide solutions to customer problems and improve service quality.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in cloud technology and offerings to effectively assist customers.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or cloud services industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and technical support platforms is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary. Must be open to working in Greece.
