We’re looking for a passionate and experienced educator to join our Customer Success team at Education Perfect. In this role, you’ll work closely with a portfolio of schools across VIC, partnering with teachers, Heads of Department, Business Managers and Senior Leadership to help them unlock the full potential of their EP subscription. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, delivering engaging training, facilitating professional learning and providing ongoing support that helps schools achieve their teaching and learning goals. By building strong, collaborative relationships and championing the adoption of our platform and content, you’ll drive meaningful outcomes for schools, improve the learning experience for students and ensure long term success and retention.
