This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer service in the banking sector while working from the comfort of their own home in Greece. You will assist clients with their banking inquiries and assist them with various banking services in Italian.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding online banking services, account management, and transactions via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
• Provide comprehensive support for account issues, payment inquiries, and banking regulations.
• Guide customers through online banking features and assist with technical issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on banking products, policies, and relevant industry changes to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or finance sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
