Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding the digital marketing platform, including features, pricing, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide comprehensive guidance to customers on optimizing their use of the platform.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring they understand platform functionalities.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or support, preferably in digital marketing or tech-related fields.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
