The Role:

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for our German-speaking customer base.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • German Fluency: Must possess a minimum of C1 level proficiency in German.
  • English Proficiency: Minimum B1 level proficiency is required.
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote setup.
  • Prior experience in customer support or client-facing roles is preferred.
