[Job-00024] Senior DevOps Engineer, Brazil
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and collaborative DevOps Engineer to join CI&T’s global delivery team. You will be responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure solutions that empower high-performance software development. Working with global teams across Brazil and EMEA, you will help CI&T deliver secure, scalable, and resilient systems for world-class clients.
Main Responsibilities:
● Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
● Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
● Set up container orchestration environments using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
● Configure observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK).
● Manage cloud-based infrastructure and services in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
● Automate deployment, scaling, and maintenance of production environments.
● Collaborate with developers, SREs, and architects to ensure efficient and secure software delivery.
● Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure and service issues.
● Ensure security best practices (DevSecOps) are followed across pipelines and infrastructure.
● Contribute to scripts and tooling for automation of operational tasks and audits.
● Support platform governance, documentation, and cross-team enablement efforts.
● Participate in Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
● Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, GitLab CI).
● Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and version control (Git).
● Strong hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, or OpenShift).
● Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible).
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
● Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, CloudWatch).
● Advanced English (spoken and written) to work with international stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
● Exposure to GitOps practices and tools (ArgoCD, Flux).
● Experience in DevSecOps, vulnerability scanning, and security hardening.
● Experience in managing hybrid environments (cloud/on-prem).
● Certifications such as AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA, Azure DevOps Engineer, or equivalent.
