Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.

• Assist customers with transaction inquiries, account setups, and troubleshooting issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for thorough records.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and compliance teams to ensure high levels of service and regulatory adherence.
• Stay informed about financial products, market trends, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the financial sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
