Your Role

As a Spanish Speaking Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clientele. You'll be at the forefront of engaging with customers, addressing their questions, and ensuring a smooth experience with our automotive offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Spanish through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Provide information about automotive products, services, and technical support.
