Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Manager (Medica/ABA Industry)

Remote VA PH is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry to manage, grow, and optimize our social media presence.

Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM EST (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with healthcare marketing goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
Manage content calendars and campaign timelines.
Monitor engagement, comments, and messages while responding in a professional manner.
Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and compliance teams for content approvals.
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Stay updated on healthcare trends, platform updates, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in healthcare, medical, or ABA industries.
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Meta Business Suite).
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to interpret analytics and optimize content strategies.
High attention to detail and professionalism.
