About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, execution-driven Email & SMS Marketing Manager to take full ownership of Klaviyo and Postscript.
This is a hands-on role with a singular focus:
Driving repeat purchase revenue through exceptional Email and SMS performance.
You’ll manage everything from campaign creation and flow optimization to segmentation, testing, and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with creative and retention partners to refine messaging, improve subscriber experience, and identify opportunities to increase LTV and reduce churn.
While this role starts with channel mastery, it’s designed to grow. The right person will expand beyond execution and help shape how customer relationships are nurtured across Email, SMS, and future channels.
Scope of the Role:
The CX & Media Community Manager will sit within the Customer Experience function and act as the frontline voice of the brand across social media channels. This role focuses on managing inbound messages, comments, and DMs, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting the customer journey from discovery to post-purchase care. While the work happens on social platforms, the priority is CX, not content creation.
