About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join an international project for a global organization operating in the digital booking and reservation domain. The client builds large-scale, high-performance platforms and APIs, with a strong focus on cloud-native architectures, scalability, and data-driven solutions.

In this role, you will take ownership of designing, building, and maintaining modern data platforms while working closely with engineering and product teams on real-world, customer-facing systems.

Your Profile

• Strong experience as a Senior Data Engineer

• Solid expertise in Snowflake as a cloud data platform

• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL

• Hands-on experience with AWS RDS / Aurora

• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL

• Experience with Tableau from a data engineering perspective (supporting analytics and reporting layers)

• Ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams

Your Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance data pipelines and data platforms

• Support and optimize modern booking platforms and APIs from a data engineering standpoint

• Develop and maintain cloud-based data architectures on AWS

• Ensure data quality, performance, reliability, and scalability across systems

• Collaborate closely with software engineers, analytics teams, and product stakeholders

• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
