[Job - 26363] Senior Data Engineer - Snowflake Developer, Brazil

Hey everyone! This is Thai Viapiana from CI&T's Talent Attraction Team :) We are looking for a talented Data Engineer to support foundational DPM work and reduce single-threading on internal engineering by:

- Building and maintaining ETL pipelines into Snowflake.

- Setting up and optimizing Snowflake objects and schemas.

- Handling repeatable development tasks so internal engineers can focus on higher-order design and cross-project priorities.

- Hands-on experience loading and transforming data in Snowflake.

- Strong SQL skills, including complex transformations and query tuning.

- Familiarity with staging, integration, curated layers, and Snowflake best practices.

- Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines.

- Comfort working with a modern stack (dbt and an orchestrator like Airflow or similar would be ideal, but equivalents are fine).

- Experience working with cloud storage layers (e.g., S3 or similar) as part of ingestion.

- Practical experience designing and extending schemas for analytics and downstream consumption.

- Familiarity with dimensional or similar modeling approaches.

- Python for light transformation, validation, or utilities.

- Experience collaborating with QA on data validation and reconciliation.

- Ability to work from data dictionaries/mapping sheets and translate requirements from Product/Data into working pipelines.

- Prior experience working in an Agile/sprint-based environment with ticketed work.
