As the brand enters its next phase of growth, we are expanding into men’s grooming—building a category that blends scalp health, performance-driven innovation, and cultural relevance. This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale a men’s division within one of the fastest-growing beauty brands in the market.
The Senior Director of Men’s Marketing will own the strategy, vision, and execution for all men’s initiatives across the brand. This role is responsible for defining how the men’s division shows up across digital, retail, content, partnerships, and innovation.
This is a high-impact leadership position for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who can build a breakout men’s business from the ground up while collaborating closely with Growth, Product, Creative, and Leadership teams.
