B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote (LATAM)

Inclusive PEO Brokers | Full-Time | Pacific Time (10 AM–6 PM PST)
Open to: Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica - Near Native English is important.

Inclusive PEO Brokers is hiring a Business-to-Business SDR to make outbound calls to U.S. companies and book appointments with decision makers (Owners, CFOs, HR leaders).

This is a high-skill outbound role. If you sound like customer service or read scripts without thinking, this is not the right job.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound B2B calls to U.S. companies
  • Reach decision makers (especially 5–6 PM PST when gatekeepers are gone)
  • Ask smart, structured questions (NEPQ-style)
  • Handle objections professionally
  • Book qualified appointments
  • Update CRM with call outcomes

Requirements

What We Require

  • Perfect or near-native English (spoken clearly and confidently)
  • Proven B2B outbound calling experience
  • Comfortable speaking with U.S. executives
  • Strong questioning and listening skills
  • Ability to think, not just read scripts
  • Reliable computer, headset, webcam, and high-speed internet
  • Initiative self-starter independent and trustworthy
