Sword Health is looking for a Head of Talent Operations to build and scale the systems, data foundation, and operating rhythm of our global Talent Acquisition function. This leader will own our ATS strategy, implement AI-driven recruiting workflows, strengthen compliance & governance, and ensure our team hires with speed, quality, and repeatability.
What you’ll be doing:
Own end-to-end administration of our ATS (Lever today; experience with Greenhouse/Ashby a plus);
Integrate ATS with HRIS, LinkedIn, background check tools, assessment tools, and analytics dashboards;
Help lead the design and implementation of AI-powered recruiting workflows - automated sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, and debrief tooling. Measure and optimize ROI;
Partner with TA Leadership to train recruiters and hiring managers on new AI-driven processes;
Build a unified Talent analytics dashboard covering funnel health, pass-through rates, hiring velocity and recruiter capacity;
Help to build the Talent playbook: SLAs, interview bar guidelines, leveling & calibration frameworks, scorecard standards;
Own headcount planning coordination with HRBP’s - tracking openings, forecasts, approvals, and budget alignment;
Drive vendor evaluation, procurement, renewal cycles, and system migrations when needed.
What you need to have:
6 - 10+ years of Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, or People Analytics work in a high-growth tech company;
Expert-level experience in with multiple ATS’s including Lever, Greenhouse and Ashby;
Demonstrated ownership of analytics dashboards (Looker, Tableau, GH reports, or similar);
Hands-on experience implementing AI recruiting technologies;
Strong systems thinker with technical comfort: API-based integrations, data models, workflow automation a huge plus;
Exceptional program management and communication skills
