We are building a new analytics team to drive data informed decision-making across the go-to-market team.
About the Role
You bridge the gap between raw data and business stakeholders. Owning data modeling, advise on backend design, presenting insights and crafting executive level dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Analytics Projects: Work independently with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions, including robust data models and dashboards.
Scale Data Operations: Collaborate with Data Engineers to add pipelines, optimize data models, and automate insights that drive business growth.
Drive Strategy: Assist with annual planning and strategic analysis by providing deep insights and actionable recommendations.
Optimize GTM Performance: Analyze go-to-market data to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales funnel and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Foster strong relationships with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Support to bridge the analytics team’s efforts with business goals.
Data Integrity: Partner with the Revenue Operations team to identify data gaps and improve overall data quality.
Stakeholder Communication: Present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or Master in Analytics) is preferred.
Technical Expertise: Expert SQL abilities, including comfort with complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization. Proficiency in BI tools is required (Tableau preferred; PowerBI or Looker accepted).
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses.
Experience: Demonstrated experience working with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams. Previous experience with Salesforce and Snowflake is required.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have:
Previous background in SaaS or subscription-based product analytics.
