Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the software architecture and technical design of the company's products.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from conception to deployment.

• Establish best practices in software engineering and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of software features and functionalities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a CTO or senior engineering role within the software industry.
• Strong background in software engineering principles, architecture, and design.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
