Lead Technical Writer

Job Description

We are looking for someone ready to transform complex architecture into crystal-clear documentation.

Documentation as a Product: Managing processes, releases, and version control.

• Creation and Maintenance: Architectural descriptions, release notes, technical specifications.
• Integration Documentation: APIs, SDKs, interaction schemas.
• Knowledge Ecosystem: Establishing a unified style, structure, and knowledge base.
• Standardization: Developing templates and internal best practices.
• Visualization: Creating diagrams (Mermaid, PlantUML, Draw.io).

Requirements

• Lead Technical Writer with 3+ years of experience and systems thinking.
  
  Technical Stack:
• – Markdown, HTML, YAML.
• – Knowledge of OpenAPI / AsyncAPI.
• – Experience with Git and CI/CD publishing (work samples are mandatory!).
• Blockchain: Basic understanding of operational principles (network, consensus, on-chain/off-chain).
• Language: English (B2+ for confident writing).
  
  Plus:* Experience reading code (Solidity, TVM, Rust, Kotlin).
