Meta Ads Specialist

Job Description

The Meta Ads Specialist will work under the direct supervision of an experienced manager and follow established SOPs and workflows. This role requires strong attention to detail, a high level of computer literacy, and knowledge of meta ads. The assistant will be responsible for setting up campaigns, monitoring the status of ads, and executing button-click actions as instructed. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow the provided SOPs and workflows to assist in the setup and execution of Facebook ad campaigns
• Perform campaign setups accurately within Ads Manager
• Execute basic button-click tasks as guided by the manager
• Monitor active ads to ensure they are running smoothly and report any issues to the manager
• Maintain precise documentation of all campaign activities
• Communicate proactively with the manager regarding task status and potential concerns
• Uphold the highest level of diligence and reliability in task execution

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Meta Ads 
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools
• Ability to follow instructions and structured workflows meticulously

• Previous experience as a VA in an advertising or digital marketing environment
• Familiarity with managing multiple ad accounts simultaneously
