Job Description

The client is looking for someone with hands-on agency SEO experience and can immediately contribute with minimal training—someone who can dissect data, optimize with intention, troubleshoot in their sleep, and move fast without dropping the quality bar.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving organic growth for home service businesses through strategic and technical SEO initiatives. You will be responsible for managing the entire SEO process, from conducting keyword research to optimizing content and implementing technical SEO strategies.

1.     SEO Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to each client's unique goals and industry.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for organic growth.

2.     Content Optimization:

• Optimize website content for search engines, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with content writers to enhance existing pages and create new, SEO-friendly content.

3.     Copywriting and SEO Page Creation:

• Write engaging and persuasive copy for general content pages and blog posts that align with SEO objectives.
• Utilize tools and strategies to create large volumes of SEO pages for clients, ensuring quality and relevance.

4.     Technical SEO:

• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and address issues affecting website performance.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website ranking and visibility.

5.     WordPress and Elementor Proficiency:

• Work seamlessly within WordPress and Elementor to implement SEO strategies and optimize website content.

6.     Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to monitor SEO performance and provide regular reports to the Product Team.
• Implement data-driven insights to refine and optimize SEO strategies continuously.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well in team-driven settings, and is highly motivated. Additionally, you must meet the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in managing SEO strategy.
• Proficient with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Bright Local and SEMrush.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Benefits

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.

• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Role type: Full-time, fully remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Salary: $1200-$1500/month
