Creative Strategy Account Director

Job Description

We are looking for an Account Director with a passion for creative strategy and a strong understanding of advertising, particularly within digital platforms such as Meta ads. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to develop and execute impactful advertising campaigns. You’ll be responsible for leading the creative process from start to finish—creating advertising briefs, developing creative ads, and optimizing Meta ads to meet business objectives. You’ll also be guiding teams and clients through strategic thinking and providing leadership across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative strategies and advertising briefs based on client needs and objectives
  • Lead the creative development process for digital and Meta ad campaigns
  • Oversee and collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ads across platforms
  • Analyze the performance of Meta ads and other digital campaigns, providing actionable insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for creative strategy discussions
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (media, analytics, design) to integrate creative strategy with overall campaign goals
  • Ensure the brand’s voice and objectives are reflected in all creative work
  • Track industry trends and recommend innovative creative solutions to clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an account management or leadership role, with a focus on creative strategy
  • Strong expertise in creating advertising briefs, developing creative concepts, and managing Meta ad campaigns
  • Experience with digital marketing and media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a creative team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with campaign optimization and performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field (preferred)
