About the Job:

We are seeking a proactive Senior Data Engineer to join our client's team and lead the end-to-end data projects in the healthcare space. You will design scalable data ingestion frameworks, ETL pipelines, and unified data warehouse schemas to integrate multiple client EHR systems. This role requires strong healthcare domain knowledge, modern data engineering expertise, and the ability to drive outcomes with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable data ingestion frameworks for EHR and healthcare systems.
• Build reusable connectors and integration patterns for diverse clinical platforms.
• Architect and maintain flexible, unified data warehouse schemas.
• Develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines with high reliability and data quality.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Own projects end-to-end, from technical design to delivery.
• Select and define the appropriate tech stack for projects.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in data engineering with complex data integration experience.
• Expertise in modern data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Strong experience with API-based ingestion and custom connectors.
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools and orchestration frameworks.
• Healthcare domain experience is required.
• Demonstrated independence, ownership mindset, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Multi-source or multi-tenant ingestion frameworks experience.
• Designing unified or generalized data models.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure and CI/CD for data platforms.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
