Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will lead the brand’s presence across major digital channels, transforming construction milestones, design features, and homeowner stories into compelling narratives. Operating within the real estate and homebuilding industry, this role blends creative storytelling with strategic execution to elevate brand visibility and community engagement. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and project teams to source authentic content and showcase the company’s projects. This role is ideal for someone who is visually driven, highly organized, data-informed, and passionate about architecture, design, or residential building.
