Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, cultivating new business opportunities, and forging lasting relationships with clients. You will leverage your sales expertise to demonstrate the company’s innovative solutions and guide clients through a seamless sales journey, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct outreach via calls and emails, and develop sales strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track activities, and report on sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build relationships with decision-makers, present customized solutions, and provide exceptional client support.
  • Product Knowledge & Demonstrations: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s platform and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Collaboration & Strategy Development: Work with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and provide client insights for feature development.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, AI, or compliance-focused solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a detailed sales pipeline.
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with workplace compliance, safety, or HR technology.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io.
  • Knowledge of using call recording tools like Gong.
  • Previous experience representing the company at industry events or conferences.
