Our Global Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving Axur’s growth strategy and solidifying its position as a market leader. This leader will be responsible for maximizing revenue generation opportunities through the integrated management of direct and channel sales operations, ensuring alignment with the global and regional strategies. And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world!
A typical workday might include:
- Lead the sales strategy with a focus on direct and indirect channels, actively contributing to the definition and strategic decision-making of the area;
- Identify, nurture, and expand partnerships and distribution networks, ensuring a healthy pipeline and exceptional results in both mature and emerging markets;
- Utilize KPIs, data analysis, and customer insights to refine sales tactics, forecast accurately, and continually improve performance;
- Partner closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure aligned execution, exceptional customer experience, and sustained market leadership;
- Inspire and empower a high-performance team to achieve exceptional results and reach their full potential.
Requirements
Indispensable Requirements
- Experience with SaaS, B2B sales for enterprise companies;
- Experience of building and scaling robust partner networks in global technology market;
- Proficient in both inside and field sales, skilled at leveraging lead generation, outbound prospecting, and pipeline management techniques;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese and a proven ability to navigate diverse markets, cultures, and time zones.
